The Story of Ronnie Tanwar
The story of Ronnie Tanwar’s wildlife journey began in 2022 during a family trip to Jim Corbett National Park, one of India’s most famous wildlife destinations. At the time, wildlife tourism was not his profession. Like many travelers, he simply enjoyed exploring new places, nature, and adventure.
During the trip, his family booked a safari in the hope of experiencing the forest up close. Although they did not spot a tiger, the experience left a lasting impact. The sounds of the jungle, the beauty of the landscape, and the excitement of exploring the wilderness sparked a deep curiosity about wildlife and India’s national parks.
After returning home, Ronnie immersed himself in learning about tiger reserves in India, wildlife conservation, animal behavior, and safari destinations. What started as curiosity soon became a true passion. He began visiting more wildlife destinations and spending time understanding the ecosystems that make India’s forests so unique.
A memorable turning point came during a safari in Corbett’s Dhela zone when a tiger mock charged his vehicle. Rather than fear, the encounter filled him with admiration and respect for the power and beauty of the wild. The experience further strengthened his connection with nature.
As his passion for wildlife grew, Ronnie decided to shift his focus away from traditional business ventures and dedicate himself fully to wildlife tourism, photography, and safari experiences. This decision eventually led to the creation of Wild Trace Safari.
Today, Ronnie travels across India’s leading wildlife destinations, helping travelers discover the excitement of tiger safaris, wildlife photography tours, and nature-based adventures. His mission is to create meaningful journeys that allow people to connect with nature and experience the magic of the wild firsthand.

Through wildlife photography, we learn to observe patiently, appreciate the wonders of the natural world, and develop a greater respect for wildlife and conservation. It allows us to document rare encounters, share inspiring stories, and create lasting memories from our time in the wild.
Whether you’re a beginner with a camera or an experienced photographer, wildlife photography adds a new dimension to every safari, turning each sighting into a moment worth remembering.
