Please read these terms carefully before booking a trip with WildTrace Safari.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the required full or partial payment has been received and necessary documents have been verified.

2. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and loss of baggage or belongings.

3. Health & Safety

Guests must inform WildTrace Safari of any medical conditions, allergies, physical limitations, or dietary requirements at the time of booking and follow all safety instructions during the tour.

4. Wildlife & Safari Conditions

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Safari zones, routes, timings, permits, and vehicle allocations are subject to forest department regulations and may change without prior notice.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

WildTrace Safari is not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses caused by weather, natural disasters, transportation issues, government restrictions, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests must respect wildlife, nature, local communities, staff, guides, and fellow travellers. Misconduct, illegal activities, disruptive behaviour, or violation of safety instructions may result in termination of the tour without refund. Any resulting expenses shall be borne by the guest.

7. Wildlife & Photography Ethics

Baiting, feeding, chasing, disturbing, manipulating, or harassing wildlife for photography or viewing is strictly prohibited. Guests must follow the instructions of guides, tour leaders, drivers, and forest officials.

8. Image Usage

WildTrace Safari may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional, editorial, website, and social media purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional content must notify us in writing.

9. Risk & Liability

Wildlife safaris and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including wildlife encounters, weather conditions, remote travel, transportation, and accidents. By participating, guests acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. To the extent permitted by law, WildTrace Safari, its owners, employees, guides, drivers, and associates shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or death arising from tour-related activities, wildlife encounters, transportation, natural events, third-party services, or guest negligence. Guests are responsible for their own safety, health, valuables, and belongings and are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes relating to the tour or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

11. Acceptance

By making a booking, payment, or participating in a WildTrace Safari tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
