Please read the following cancellation and refund terms carefully before confirming your booking with WildTrace Safari.

1. Non-Refundable Charges

Forest permits, hotel bookings, safari permits, and other third-party services that are non-refundable or non-transferable under their respective policies will be deducted from the total booking amount before calculating any eligible refund.

2. Payment Responsibility

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to pay the full tour cost according to the agreed payment schedule. The payment schedule is provided for convenience and does not postpone the client’s payment obligations.

WildTrace Safari may make advance payments to hotels, forest authorities, transport providers, and other service partners before the tour date. These commitments will be considered when calculating refunds.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

After deducting all applicable non-refundable expenses, the remaining eligible amount will be refunded according to the following schedule:

• More than 90 days before the tour: 75% refund
• 45–90 days before the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 45 days before the tour: No refund

The cancellation date will be considered the date on which the written cancellation request is received by WildTrace Safari.

4. Tour Cancellation by WildTrace Safari

If WildTrace Safari cancels a tour due to circumstances within its control, the refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

For cancellations caused by Force Majeure, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, refunds will be subject to amounts recoverable from third-party service providers.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days after the refund amount has been finalized.

Liability & Insurance

Wildlife safaris and outdoor travel involve inherent risks, including wildlife encounters, transportation, weather conditions, remote locations, and outdoor activities.

WildTrace Safari will not be responsible for losses, damages, injuries, delays, additional expenses, or other consequences arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, civil unrest, or third-party service failures.

Travel Insurance

All guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Travel and transportation accidents
• Lost or damaged baggage
• Other unexpected travel-related expenses

Guests are free to choose their own insurance provider. WildTrace Safari may provide general recommendations upon request.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to a booking or tour with WildTrace Safari shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

• Other payment methods specifically approved by WildTrace Safari

Acceptance

By making a booking or payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and the applicable WildTrace Safari Terms & Conditions.
