Pench National Park

Where the Jungle Tells Its Story

Overview

The Real Jungle Book Land

Pench National Park is a world-famous wildlife destination nestled in the Satpura hills of Madhya Pradesh, India, with part of the reserve extending into Maharashtra. The park covers around 758 sq km of lush forests, open grasslands, and winding river valleys — making it one of India’s most scenic and biodiverse tiger reserves.

Pench’s rich landscapes inspired Rudyard Kipling’s timeless classic The Jungle Book, and today it continues to captivate nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts from around the world.
